Special Needs:  We specialize in setting up Special Needs Trusts and/or Supplemental Needs Trusts among other planning documents for both minors and adults with special needs.

Essential Estate Planning Documents:  All of our bespoke Estate Plans include (1) Wills, (2) Durable Powers of Attorney, and (3) Advance Directives for Health Care. 

Living Arrangements: We counsel on finding the right housing opportunities for our clients. 

Gifting:  We advise on income, estate, and gift tax matters. 

Health Care:  We assist with health care planning, including long term care options, patient rights, Medicare, and health care power of attorney.

Guardianship:  We help with the selection and appointment of a legal guardian.

Long Term Care:  We help locate long term care facilities and manage assisted living costs. We explain nursing home resident rights and help file nursing home claims.
